§1 — Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 77d7 platform in any manner — whether as a registered account holder or as an unregistered visitor — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. §2 — Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 77d7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing 77d7 from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 77d7 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of 77d7 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game suppliers. Individuals with insider knowledge of platform operations are ineligible to hold player accounts.

§3 — Account Management

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one account on 77d7. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are discovered, 77d7 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all bets and bonuses, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact the 77d7 support team immediately via live chat. Delayed notification may reduce or eliminate 77d7's ability to assist with any resulting losses.
• 77d7 may request documentation to verify your identity (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in account suspension.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. 77d7 may charge a monthly maintenance fee against dormant account balances, subject to prior notice by email to the registered address.

77d7 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, provided that any genuine funds belonging to the account holder at the time of closure will be returned after deducting any applicable fees and completing any required compliance checks.

§4 — Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits made to a 77d7 account must be funded from a payment method that is registered in your own name. 77d7 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, although very large deposits may be subject to enhanced due-diligence checks.

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

• The account must have passed all applicable KYC and identity verification checks. Unverified accounts are not eligible to process withdrawals.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements associated with the account balance must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. Real-money deposits made independently of any active bonus are generally withdrawable at any time, subject to KYC clearance.
• 77d7 reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request. This may delay processing beyond the standard timeframe. Users will be notified if additional information is required.
• 77d7 accepts no responsibility for any delays, losses, or fees charged by the user's payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Processing times indicated on the platform are estimates and not guarantees.

§5 — Bonuses & Wagering

77d7 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms attached to each promotion and by the general provisions of this section. Where there is any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general wagering rules apply to all bonus funds:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the rollover requirement) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bets placed with bonus funds that are voided, cancelled, or result from a system error do not count toward wagering requirements. Only settled bets from legitimate gameplay contribute to rollover progress.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through the normal wagering and withdrawal process. Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support immediately; 77d7 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus amount at any time.

§6 — Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77d7 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users, including automated betting, account creation, or bonus claiming.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the platform to process funds of unknown or illicit origin. 77d7 is committed to full cooperation with anti-money laundering (AML) authorities.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional structures, or otherwise gain an advantage not available to ordinary players acting independently.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercialise any part of the platform or its content.

The 77d7 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 77d7. Unauthorised use of any 77d7 trademark — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

§8 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77d7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 77d7 platform or any of its services. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought and even if 77d7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the foregoing, 77d7 specifically excludes all liability in respect of the following:

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or events outside 77d7's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or regulatory actions.
• Losses arising from incorrect or delayed execution of bets or transactions due to technical errors, network failures, or third-party payment processing issues not within 77d7's direct control.
• Any losses resulting from a user's reliance on information, statistics, or data provided on the platform for the purpose of making betting or gaming decisions. All such information is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

§9 — Privacy & Data

§10 — Amendments & Termination

77d7 reserves the right to amend, update, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the platform or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any genuine account balance remaining at the time of termination for cause will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.
